Bernadette Washington designs all garments and accessories on this site.  

Garments

The colors of the garment may vary slightly, but the pictures are a good representation of the garments.  We use sublimation printing on our sweatshirts and hoodies on most but not all.  Please note that the colors of the black, brown, and blue may vary and may not be as sharp as the pictures. Our manufacturers can’t guarantee a 100% black/dark color match between a pre-colored black fabric and fabric that’s been colored in the sublimation process. This means that a dark blue, black, etc., that's been printed on white fabric will always tend to be lighter.
 
Concerning white fibers being visible when stretching the sleeves, note that this is expected with All-over print products since these are made by printing the design on white pieces of fabric.

Because the dye penetrates deep into the fabric, garments with sublimation printing have a longer-lasting shine, are colorfast, and feel much better. Since nothing adheres to the surface with a different structure, the feeling is different. There is no danger of color being worn away or even flaking off. It is evaporated and, therefore, even safe against sunlight, but should still be cared for properly for long preservation.
 
Washing up to 40 degrees Celsius is no problem. Here a rather mild detergent should be used, and the respective garments should be turned inside out. This is the best way to let the pictures and motifs shine beautifully for a long time.

T-Shirts

It's smooth, comfortable, and made from a cotton-touch polyester jersey that won't fade after washing. 

Sweatshirt

Each unique sweatshirt is precision-cut and hand-sewn to achieve the best possible look and bring out the intricate design.  Moreover, the durable fabric with a cotton-feel face and soft brushed fleece inside means that this sweatshirt is bound to become your favorite for a long time.

Out of Stock

The processing time for out-of-stock items is between 2-4 weeks.

The products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Int'l Shipping

Yes, contact us at sales@bernadettebrantley.con.  Please do not place an order on the website because shipping must be calculated first, and you will receive an invoice for payment. 

Return Policy

BBMembers: 30 Days Return
Non-Members: 15 Days Return

We do not pay for shipping on returns, and we will not accept worn items. If your garment is damaged, please take a picture and send it to returns@bernadettebrantley.com.

Exchanges
Your first item must be returned before the exchange item can be mailed. You will be responsible for all associated fees.  You will be charged a $10 restocking fee.

Bulk Orders

We can service family reunions, class reunions, or any event with ten or more garments.  Please contact us at bulk@bernadettebrantley.com with details concerning your needs, and one of our agents will contact you.
